Well, checked out the house again. They've got the front and side of the house fully landscaped now. Looks pretty good. They have some sort of problem along the back retaining wall where they tore the dirt back out, but otherwise the place is coming along fine. They skim coated and redid all the texturing throughout the entire house. The interior was fully repainted and looks much better. The tile is 99% done but the poor stove is covered in junk.

Only landscaped the front yard. The back is large and nothingness. We're supposed to move in on the 28th of Sept. They are putting the rug in right now.
If we could only sell our place in Carson I wouldn't feel worried.
