Well, the house is pretty much done. They've got some touch up, minor repairs, and electrical to finish but pretty much OK. We had them put in the cheapest carpet so we could remove it and put in hardwood laminate. Right now, that's going to be on hold until we sell the house in Carson City. Lots of people looking at it, but we haven't been able to sell it yet. Probably going to drop the price to 277,900 and offer to pay 3000.00 toward closing if it will help. Anyway, here's the pics.

Looks Great Sean!! Man about that house. You sure have come down alot. Wasnt it like 315000? Sometimes you have to cut your losses though, like we did. Avoid the 2 mortgages at all cost. Install a secret voice recorder at home and listen to the people who walk through your house and see what they are saying. Their comments could help figure out what to do.
We've come down a lot. We'll take a lowball at this point I think. What stinks is a house that had nothing but lawn and a lousy lot sold two weeks ago for 279,000. We have no idea why the people liked that one more. Crazy. We're going to keep it on the market through October and then see what we want to do.
So I hear you will get a Hummer when buying a house in your area. Also heard that there are developers selling bigger cheaper houses now than the one you guys have. So what are your options? Can you get out of your house before you move in and stay in carson a bit longer while looking at the newly cheaper houses? Gosh, renos house prices are going to be below our Pocatello house prices! Your carson house is now almost the same value as our house here!!!
