Davis, CA to Lake Berryessa and Back

We went on a 75 miles ride starting in Davis heading down to Vacaville and then up to Lake Berryessa and back. The ride zig zags through orchards and farmland before climbing up into the foothills north of Vacaville. The cherry trees were in full bloom and the weather was a gorgeous 60 - 65 degrees out. The route starts flat but climbs up quite a bit in second 20 mile stretch. We got lunch at a Panini cafe in Winters before heading back to Davis. Lots of bikes out and very, very few cars. Some of the best riding I've had in sometime.

The ride is actually shorter than 75 miles but due to a couple of missed turns we got to do a little extra.
