Due to the large amount of work my office has been facing I've been working 7 days a week, about 80 hours a week, to try and get stuff done. So here I am, sitting at my desk and computer yet again. At least I get overtime. The house still hasn't sold. We will likely have to drop the price as the other homes in the neighborhood have been dropping there's. The market is very slow right now. Reno is still moving, but Carson is a slug. Bad for us. The house has about 10 years left at full payments, about 7 or 8 years of payments left at our current payment rate. Might end up having to rent it out the way it is going. Just have to wait and see.

Man, that sucks. We did the 2x payments for 8 months, and that was awful!!!
