House and Fire

A new fire started yesterday by Virginia Highlands. Looked like a small nuke had gone off. The helicopters are refueling across the street from our office. They've been busy. Our house has been painted and should be getting cabinets this week if they get the driveway cleared out. The builder evidently forgot a minor little thing on our neighbor's house. . .no water line was run up to the pad. So, looks like they are finally putting it in. Put a nice ditch next to our place and even more dirt on the driveway. Paint looks good inside for the most part. They definitely screwed up on a couple of spots mainly from removing masking tape before the paint was dry. Pretty easy fixes. The color isn't correct in the photos. It should actually be only a very slight off white color. Not that yellow but the sunlight streaming in the windows was pretty off colored due to thunderstorms and smoke.

How is the sale of your house coming along? Did you have to reduce the price? What was the original purchase price? How much do you owe still? When do you have to start making double payments? How's the market in Carson. I keep hearing how the market is stagnating big time.
