New York

No bike pics this time. I spent a week working in New York, and each evening went and ran around the city as much as possible. Here are some of the pics. The hotel was about a hundred yards from Times Square, so I had a pretty good location to easily watch the craziness insuing not far from my hotel room. On the way in I notice a nuclear reactor not far from the city. Just had to take a picture of that. Otherwise, pics are of the city, Times Square, Central Park, St. Peters Cathedral, Rockefeller Plaza, etc.

Lassen National Park

Debra and I were trying to figure out what to do besides working on the yard Saturday morning, so on a whim we decided to run up to Lassen National Park. So, starting out at 11:00AM we headed up to the Park and hiked in to Bumpass Hell, named after the guy who officially discovered the site and lost his leg in the progress. Remember boys and girls, boiling mud is bad stuff. Anyway, we got there about 3:00PM and hiked in to take a look. Pretty crazy place.
