Auburn to Foresthill and Beyond
Debra, Joe, and I rode from Auburn through Foresthill and up into the snow. The road had a lot of traffic but the shoulders were so wide you really didn't notice it. Once past Foresthill the traffic basically disappeared and it was beautiful cruising. Even better was the mostly downhill stretch back into Auburn. Weeee! Anyway, great ride with a total of 50 miles of riding. The Bridge is Auburn Ravine/Foresthill Bridge and is the highest in California. Van Diesel or whatever the actors name is drove a Ferrari off this bridge in the movie XXX. I just like staring over the side.
