The Pardee Party Ride

The Pardee Party 100KM ride starts in Ione in the California foothill country south of Placerville on Highway 49. The ride wanders throughout the foothills and around Commanche Reservoir and Pardee Reservoir. The ride makes for a great spring warm up. We stay in Sutter Creek where it is an easy walk to the old town and restaurants. After the ride we watched Joe and Kimberley show that white people can indeed dance, even if there is very little rhythm. After some beers it was off to dinner and wine. Oh yeah, weather was great with temps in the 60's. Perfect for riding!
